The Dome Citizen Access interface is being finalised in collaboration with the Atlasian Dome Authority. Citizens from all sectors — including Sector 37B and the Drums — may apply for access upon system launch.
Access levels are determined by Consciousness Center evaluation scores. Results are typically available within 5 business cycles.
